By placing an order it is implied that you accept our terms and conditions as listed below:

PRICING

Textura Ceramics reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. Standard packaging safe for shipping is always included in the price.

Please note our prices do not include any customs and duties that need to be paid upon delivery in countries outside the EU.

PAYMENT

All payments will be made via Stripe, the Secure Credit Card Payment Gateway on our website.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. To cancel an order, please send an email to texturaceramics@gmail.com. The buyer is responsible for making requests within this 24 h timeframe. We will refund the order, excluding any Stripe and bank fees, if applicable.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are weight-based, so the shipping estimate is very precise and displayed at checkout. We do recommend ordering multiple items at one go to get the best offer. Very often, shipping for 1 item costs the same as for 2.

Order processing time is 2-5 working days.

For some EU countries, you will see 2 delivery options at checkout:

  • Mondial Relay/In Post: cheaper option, takes 4-5 days, the package is not sent to your address, but to your preferred delivery point. I will contact you after receiving your order to ask which your preferred option is.
  • Shipping directly to your address with other couriers (DHL, UPS, etc.). Usually takes 48 h within Europe, and 4-5 days to other countries.

Please be patient, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

RETURNS

Orders can be returned within 14 days of their reception date, except for items made to order, which cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

If the item you receive is not the one you ordered or has any defects, please send an email to texturaceramics@gmail.com with pictures. We will check it and offer you a solution, evaluated on a case-by-case basis (at our discretion: refund of the purchase, shipping of another item without defects or a voucher for another purchase on our website).

DAMAGED ITEMS

Even though we package our orders very carefully and breakage rate is rare, please check your merchandise immediately after you receive it.

All parcels are insured and therefore eligible for a refund. The damage report must be received within 3 days of delivery and must include images of outer packaging and the broken item. Please note that failure to report concealed damage within 3 days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim.

If report is received correctly, you will be eligible for full refund for both the item and shipping fee. You may also opt to receive a voucher for spending on the online store for replacement.

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE HANDMADE ITEMS

Please remember that all our pieces are handmade, so variation in colour, size and shape will occur. Often photographs will not be of the specific item, but of one in the same clay, colour and design. Please be mindful of this: each piece is unique.
